Description

You will lead mainframe development efforts and drive technical execution across the software development life cycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects using COBOL and Z/OS environments.
• Manage end-to-end SDLC processes within Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Execute complex data operations using DB2 and JCL.
• Oversee technical implementations and adapt to evolving system requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Expertise in COBOL, TSO, and JCL.
• Extensive experience with Z/OS and DB2.
• Proven experience working within SDLC frameworks.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of CICS/IMS.
• Prior experience in a leadership or lead developer role.
