Description

You will lead end-to-end testing for Hogan, ALS, CACS, and ACAPS applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and functional requirements into test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, and closure, ensuring traceability to requirements.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams, acting as the primary testing contact.
• Mentor junior testers and drive test automation or modernization efforts.
• Define test strategies and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in testing.
• Proficiency in Cobol and Jcl.
• Experience with CICS, Db2, and VSAM.
• Familiarity with File-aid and Abend-aid.
• Knowledge of scheduling tools like CA7/Control-M.
• Experience using HP ALM and Jira for defect management.
• Any Graduate.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior testers.
• Track record of driving test automation or modernization efforts.
