You will lead manual QA efforts for ETRM and OpenLink Endur systems to ensure high-quality software releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage manual QA testing for ETRM/Endur systems.
• Develop, document, and maintain test strategies, plans, and test cases.
• Execute manual test cases and document detailed defect information.
• Collaborate with development, business analysis, and product teams to ensure full functional coverage.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with end-users to validate performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Manual QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer.
• Extensive experience with manual testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, risk management, and energy sector trading processes.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proven ability to test complex applications in trading or financial environments.
• Strong defect identification and documentation skills.
• Experience leading QA teams for large-scale projects.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with OpenLink Endur.
• Familiarity with trade lifecycle and system integration in trading environments.
• Experience in automation testing.
