Description

You will lead manual testing efforts for embedded consumer electronic products with a focus on Bluetooth connectivity and hardware-software integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of three testers while managing daily workflows.
• Execute exploratory tests targeting high-risk areas of the system.
• Write and perform manual test plans and detailed test cases.
• Verify features using white and black box methodologies to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with project managers and product owners to align testing with product requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing and debugging.
• Hands-on experience testing Bluetooth on embedded devices.
• Proven track record testing the integration of hardware components with software and firmware.
• Experience verifying data communication, sensor readings, and system-level performance.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues within large-scale system architectures.
• Experience with functional API testing.
• Solid understanding of operating system fundamentals and software test engineering principles.
• Practical experience working within Scrum/Agile environments.
• Background working for product-based companies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with consumer electronic goods.
