Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Stibo STEP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of Stibo STEP solutions, from discovery through support.
• Translate business requirements into STEP data models, hierarchies, workflows, and business rules.
• Design technical architecture and integration patterns for STEP, utilizing REST APIs and event-based systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
• Triage and resolve production incidents, performing root cause analysis for defects and integration failures.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Stibo STEP MDM / PIM solutions, including 2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Expertise in Stibo STEP Web UI configuration, Business Rules, and Workflow design.
• Proficiency in SQL and developing REST APIs for integration design.
• Experience with Data Modeling and integrating systems using various patterns.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts as they relate to MDM.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience collaborating asynchronously with distributed teams.
