Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using the MEAN stack.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement secure, scalable solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
• Guide and mentor developers through code reviews, hands-on coding, and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to define technical roadmaps.
• Own complex debugging, performance tuning, and scalability challenges.
• Manage the software engineering lifecycle with a focus on reusability, testability, and maintainability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in web application development.
• Expertise in the MEAN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of database design, optimization, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Git-based workflows and Agile development practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, GitHub, and Maven.
