Job Responsibility

1. Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex web applications using MEAN/MERN stack technologies.
2. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
3. Work extensively with modern JavaScript technologies, including:

• MongoDB / MySQL
• Express.js
• Angular
• React.js
• Node.js
• Socket.io
• JavaScript / TypeScript

1. Possess strong full-stack development knowledge, with hands-on expertise in Node.js and Angular and/or React.js.
2. Design and develop scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
3. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, third-party APIs, and backend services.
4. Demonstrate strong programming fundamentals, logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
5. Have in-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive design, and modern frontend development practices.
6. Participate in application architecture, technical design, database design, and technology selection.
7. Conduct detailed code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, security practices, and development best practices.
8. Identify technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide effective and scalable solutions.
9. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
10. Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
11. Provide technical estimates and contribute to project planning, sprint planning, and task prioritization.
12. Take complete ownership and accountability for technical deliverables across all phases of the development lifecycle.
13. Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
14. Identify performance bottlenecks and implement appropriate optimization strategies.
15. Work with Git and version-control systems, following proper branching, pull-request, and collaborative development practices.
16. Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar platforms, will be an added advantage.
17. Mentor junior and mid-level developers through technical guidance, code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and best-practice recommendations.
18. Support the team in troubleshooting technical challenges and resolving complex production issues.
19. Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, architecture, and engineering practices.
20. Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and technical discussions.
21. Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, libraries, development methodologies, and industry best practices.
22. Demonstrate a strong Can-Do / Get-It-Done attitude with a focus on ownership, accountability, quality, and timely delivery.
23. Maintain excellent time-management, multitasking, communication, and leadership skills.
24. Effectively manage multiple technical priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven work experience as a Lead MEAN/MERN Developer, Technical Lead, Full Stack Lead, Senior Full Stack Developer, or similar role.
• 7 to 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js.
• Strong experience with React.js and/or Angular.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and/or MySQL.
• Excellent understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong experience in RESTful APIs, WebSockets, API integrations, and backend development.
• In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend development.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience in developing scalable and high-performance applications.
• Strong knowledge of Git and version-control systems.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices will be an added advantage.
