You will lead a team of developers to architect and deliver scalable MERN stack solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a development team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Architect and design scalable, maintainable solutions using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with designers and product managers.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain quality, performance, and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience as a JavaScript developer.
• Expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, React.js, and Class-Based React.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ features.
• Hands-on experience with Express.js.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Knowledge of front-end principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular or Vue.js.
