Description

You will lead a team of 5 to 7 developers to deliver scalable applications using the MERN stack.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a development team, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
• Architect and develop applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
• Translate client requirements and Jira tickets into actionable technical tasks.
• Oversee sprint planning, task delegation, and progress tracking within an Agile environment.
• Ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation from Figma designs and manage application state.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
• Proficiency in React.js, including component design and state management.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
• Experience with MongoDB and RESTful API development and integration.
• Proficiency in Redux or React Query for state management.
• Ability to convert Figma designs into responsive React components.
• Experience writing unit tests to ensure code quality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GraphQL, Next.js, or Nest.js.
• Familiarity with AWS services including S3, Cognito, and DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline management, Cypress, and Storybook.
