Description

You will lead the development and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to drive manufacturing efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement MES applications integrated with enterprise systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring for MES systems.
• Design intuitive user interfaces for digital work instructions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all MES processes.
• Collaborate with internal and offshore teams to align solutions with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, C#, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL or SQL Server database management.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and ERP integration.
• Familiarity with IoT devices and automation protocols for shop floor hardware.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for web-based interfaces and dashboards.
• Understanding of cloud services and data security protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and practices.
