Description

You will lead technical support and system integration for Manufacturing Execution Systems within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to MES and manufacturing operations.
• Integrate MES with enterprise systems including ERP and LIMS.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to maintain system connectivity and stability.
• Ensure MES operations comply with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
• Manage database operations and system administration tasks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT support experience in MES or manufacturing environments.
• Deep experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
• Familiarity with MES software solutions such as Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider Electric.
• Experience integrating MES with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Knowledge of networking principles and system administration.
• Experience working with IT infrastructure teams.
