Description

Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance MicroStrategy solutions. Own the end-to-end development lifecycle from data modeling to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Architect MicroStrategy solutions, developing comprehensive data models for optimal performance.
• Implement metadata, security models, user roles, and granular data access controls.
• Optimize reports, dashboards, and queries through system-wide performance tuning strategies.
• Integrate MicroStrategy with diverse databases and external systems to ensure seamless data flows.
• Provide technical leadership, create architecture documentation, and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in MicroStrategy platform design and implementation.
• Proven expertise as a MicroStrategy Architect.
• Strong understanding of BI concepts, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• MicroStrategy certification.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Experience with cloud-based BI solutions and data governance.
