Description

You will lead the design and development of scalable generative AI applications and platform solutions. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop efficient, maintainable generative AI applications.
• Orchestrate development work by collaborating with Data Scientists, Core Development, and Partner teams through design, development, and testing phases.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to fine-tune and enhance Large Language Model (LLM) performance for specific application needs.
• Assist in product roadmap creation, requirement definition, and platform adoption through onboarding and technical support.
• Write clean, high-performance code while staying current with generative AI advancements.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Experience with ML Platforms and vector databases.
• Proven experience leading development or adoption for a startup or product-led platform.
• Experience developing technical products or platforms for large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including Git, code reviews, and testing methodologies.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
