Description

You will lead the development and implementation of Large Language Model applications and RAG architectures.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy RAG-based applications from the ground up.
• Manage the full RAG pipeline, including retrieval, ranking, and generation stages.
• Identify and solve technical challenges inherent in each step of the retrieval and generation process.
• Implement advanced LLM workflows to improve application accuracy and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proven track record building RAG-based applications.
• Deep understanding of retrieval, ranking, and generation components within RAG pipelines.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as CrewAI.
• Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience working with knowledge graphs.
