Role Overview:

This role is for a Lead Mobile App Test Engineer responsible for overseeing and executing testing activities for both iOS and Android mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a robust background in mobile app testing, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team focused on mobile application testing for iOS and Android platforms.
• Facilitate dialogues to generate new perspectives and recommend innovative enhancements.
• Make informed decisions promptly, balancing risks and benefits, and taking responsibility for team success.
• Foster a collaborative environment, mediate conflicts, and find mutually agreeable solutions.
• Prioritize customer feedback to enhance user satisfaction and build relationships to achieve program goals.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in iOS and Android Mobile App Testing.
• 2+ years of experience in leading a test team.
• Strong work ethic, self-starter, and highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Business-level communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, resourcefulness, and problem-solving abilities to find innovative solutions.
• Adaptability to quickly adjust to changing priorities, technologies, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
• 6-8 years of overall experience required.
