Description

You will lead the development of a mobile health application for iOS and Android, owning the architecture, release pipeline, and team mentorship.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, test, and deploy mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Establish app architecture, design patterns, and coding practices to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Mentor team members to improve their architectural skills and domain knowledge.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to design and develop engaging user experiences.
• Participate in agile software development processes to deliver features on schedule.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping consumer mobile applications.
• Proven track record of releasing apps on Google Play Store and App Store Connect.
• Proficiency with Android SDK, various Android versions, and responsive design.
• Strong knowledge of mobile application architecture best practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and connecting mobile applications to back-end services.
• Hands-on experience with SQLite for mobile data storage.
• Proficiency using Xcode, Android Studio, and mobile simulators.
• Experience with release engineering for mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Espresso or JUnit.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and common libraries.
