You will lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers through design and implementation.
• Ensure 100% line and branch code coverage using test automation and BDD frameworks.
• Collaborate with architects and technology teams to define scalable design solutions.
• Implement resilient, secure code to enhance digital capabilities and customer journeys.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and Sonar vulnerabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience architecting and designing mobile applications.
• 8+ years of Android development using Kotlin and Jetpack.
• 5+ years of mobile solutions engineering experience.
• Strong experience in design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Deep understanding of application and web security principles.
• Proven ability to develop partnerships and collaborate across functional business areas.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and 2.1.
