Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and perform gap-fit analysis for CRM implementations.
• Design and configure CRM solutions to align with business needs.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, web resources, and custom workflow activities.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with ERP systems, Outlook, SharePoint, and O365.
• Migrate data using tools like Scribe or SSIS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 (entities, workflows, configurations, customizations).
• Proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, OData, and REST for CRM customizations and integrations.
• Experience with data migration tools, specifically Scribe or SSIS.
• Solid understanding of CRM security models and custom reporting (SSRS).
• Experience integrating CRM with enterprise systems, Outlook, SharePoint, and O365.
• Knowledge of Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and Service Management modules.
• Familiarity with CRM Web API.
• Exposure to installation and deployment of CRM solutions.
