Description

Lead the design and development of custom .NET applications and backend services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software using design patterns for reusability and maintainability.
• Own the release pipeline and ensure high-quality delivery through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Build and tune SQL Server procedures and functions to support application requirements.
• Mentor less experienced teammates and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and system analysts to clarify and implement requirements.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience developing custom .NET applications with C#.
• 10 years of web development experience using JavaScript, jQuery, React, Angular, Blazor, CSS3, and HTML5.
• 10 years of experience with ADO.NET and Entity Frameworks.
• 10 years of experience with SQL Server procedure/function development and tuning.
• 6 years of experience in process automation and troubleshooting.
• 3 years of experience with Automated Builds using Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
• 3 years of experience with Design Patterns, MVC framework, and Dependency Injection.
• 3 years of experience with Crystal Reports, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of experience developing with Azure or on .NET/GIS projects.
• 3 years of experience with Python scripting.
• 2 years of experience or working knowledge of Dynamics 365.
