Description

Lead .NET application development and backend service engineering while mentoring junior team members.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom .NET applications and backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Node.js.
• Design and optimize SQL Server procedures and functions for performance tuning.
• Implement software design patterns to ensure code reusability, maintainability, and technical standards.
• Manage project delivery within an Agile SDLC and enforce quality through code reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of C# experience developing custom .NET applications.
• 10+ years of web application development with JavaScript, jQuery, React, Angular, or Blazor, plus CSS3 and HTML5.
• 10+ years of experience with ADO.NET and Entity Frameworks.
• 10+ years of SQL Server development, including procedures, functions, and tuning.
• 6+ years of experience in process automation and troubleshooting.
• 3+ years of experience with automated builds using Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
• 3+ years of experience with Crystal Reports, SSRS, and SSIS.
• 3+ years of experience with Design Patterns, MVC frameworks, and Dependency Injection.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing with Azure or .NET/GIS projects.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 or Python scripting.
