Description

You will lead technical design and development for business process automation applications, spending 80% of your time on active coding.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and code new software applications while ensuring technical initiatives align with organizational goals.
• Provide technical leadership by guiding developers and mentoring junior engineers on implementation.
• Participate in architectural reviews and collaborate with cross-engineering teams on hardware and system monitoring.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with .NET, C#, and modern web frameworks.
• Deep proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Strong understanding of SQL and data repository models.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments.
• Familiarity with microservice architectures and event-driven design.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks such as NUnit or xUnit.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka, WCF, or Web Services.
