Description

Lead technical development and architectural decisions for enterprise-scale applications. You will own the release pipeline, guide engineering standards, and ensure secure, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams by writing code, supervising developers, and conducting code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers and customers to define requirements and software solutions.
• Design and manage databases, effective APIs, and front-end visual interfaces.
• Direct India-based team members and estimate work efforts within Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software while implementing security and data protection settings.

Required Skills

• 10-12+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in .NET framework 6, Angular, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services including Service Bus, App Registration, and App Insights.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and design/architectural patterns.
• Experience with Snowflake and migrating legacy data into Snowflake.
• Ability to write unit test scripts and technical documentation.
• Proven experience in technical team leadership and customer communication.
• Strong analytical thinking and risk mitigation planning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the energy industry (upstream, downstream, or refining).
