Description

Lead technical direction and drive software feature development throughout the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end software development cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, unit testing, and documentation.
• Drive the delivery of complex application features and resolve critical technical issues.
• Ensure long-term code reusability, stability, and adherence to performance and quality standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve security and usability issues.
• Mentor new software engineers and facilitate team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in requirements analysis and system design.
• Strong proficiency in design and development workflows.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing and technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently with a broad project overview.
• Experience integrating new technologies into existing stacks.
• Any Graduate degree.
