Lead technical development pods focused on platform automation and AI-based solutions in Bengaluru.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of technical experts, providing guidance and cross-training to peers.
• Design and create automated solutions using Power Apps to replace existing integrations.
• Develop and unit test integrations between various endpoints following design principles and CoE practices.
• Interface with subject matter experts and process owners to enhance team knowledgebases.
• Execute programs within the scope of overall technical strategies using analytical problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in a technical lead role delivering IT projects using MS .NET and Agile methodology.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and integrations between Power Platform and Azure offerings.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC and OOP/OOD/DDD principles and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and ORM technologies like LINQ or Entity Framework.
• Experience with source control systems such as Git or BitBucket.
• Exposure to CI/CD automation.
• Experience with Azure environment configuration and Power Platform connectors.

Preferred Skills

• 2.5+ years of experience in MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
• Power Platform developer or Azure certifications.
• Experience with PowerShell, VBA, or Jira.
