Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with the .NET framework and ecosystem tools.
• Current resident of Ohio.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives independently.
