Description

Lead the refactoring of a custom .NET/C# Human Resources software suite hosted on Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Refactor existing custom .NET and C# applications to meet evolving agency requirements.
• Collaborate directly with Human Resource professionals to translate business functions into technical solutions.
• Communicate project progress and technical requirements clearly to project sponsors.
• Apply HR terminology and business logic to software development and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and C#.
• Experience working with SQL.
• Experience with Java, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience managing or developing applications hosted on Azure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with HR applications or business processes.
• Experience working with interfaces for Ohio’s ERP (OAKS).
