Lead end-to-end system enhancements, support, and new feature development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead system enhancement and support initiatives across the full development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain code pipelines to ensure efficient delivery.
• Perform code reviews to enforce quality standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to junior developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Experience with ASP.NET Webforms and MVC.
• Strong front-end skills using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Knockout.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework.
• Strong SQL Server skills, including stored procedures and functions.
• Experience maintaining SSIS packages and SSRS reports.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
