You will lead the design, development, and technical direction of scalable .NET applications and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-performance .NET applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to define technical solutions.
• Review code, conduct design discussions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement strategic fixes.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core and C#.
• Experience with ASP.NET and Web APIs.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SDLC.
• Experience with SQL Server databases.
• Proven experience leading development teams and projects.
• Familiarity with security best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud Computing, specifically Windows Azure.
• Exposure to Microservices and DevOps practices.
