Description

Lead the design and development of applications based on provided architectural specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications following solution architect guidance.
• Manage sprints to meet defined targets and assign work items.
• Resolve support tickets within service timelines with team support.
• Communicate requirements and change requests with Business Analysts and Solution Architects.
• Assist team members and co-developers in completing assigned tasks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with 4-5 years as a technical or team lead.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft .NET MVC, C#, and Web API development.
• Proficiency with Azure Storage, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Async Programming, Threading, and tasks.
• Strong SQL skills, including Table Design, Programming, and Optimization.
• Familiarity with Test Driven Development.
• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
