Description

You will lead application development efforts using the Microsoft technology stack, owning the full software development lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams through the full software development life cycle using Agile and Test-driven development methodologies.
• Architect object-oriented solutions using .NET Core and C#.
• Design and implement scalable Web API and RESTful services.
• Optimize SQL Server performance through advanced T-SQL programming and query tuning.
• Develop responsive user interfaces ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of application development experience with Microsoft technologies.
• 2+ years of experience in a Lead Developer role.
• Expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, LINQ, and Entity Framework.
• Proficiency with SOAP, Web API, and RESTful services.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on React development experience.
• Strong frontend skills in HTML5, CSS, and XML/XSLT.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Azure.
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, and T-SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Docker, or containerization.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as VSTest, MSTest, or nUnit.
