Description

Lead technical delivery and component design within an AWS environment as an individual contributor. Own the release pipeline, design stable and secure code, and manage junior developer accountability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable components, proofs of concept, and REST APIs.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical support, and delivery management.
• Translate customer feedback and business requirements into actionable project plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Perform unit and module testing to ensure functional specifications are met.
• Drive customer communication and participate in client meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 4+ years with .NET Core, C#, Console Apps, and REST APIs.
• 4+ years of experience with AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET Core and ASP.NET Web Forms.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, OOP, OOAD, and design modeling.
• Experience with version control systems (GIT, TFS, or SVN).
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (NUnit or xUnit).
• Practical knowledge of JSON, IIS, Apache, and Windows/Linux OS.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Competency with Visual Studio or VS Code.
