Description

You will lead development efforts, defining requirements and designing technical solutions for the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business users to define requirements.
• Design technical solutions based on established architecture and guidelines.
• Participate in overall application architecture and solutioning.
• Perform code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Lead in gathering and reporting daily status to client management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong grasp of design patterns (e.g., Factory, Adapter).
• Experience implementing SOLID principles and DDD/Clean architecture.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework, ASP.Net 4 or above, and Web API.
• Working knowledge of VB.NET and C# across heterogeneous codebases.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, Bootstrap, and JQuery.
• Strong SQL Server database skills and SQL programming ability.
• Ability to refactor and modernize existing codebases.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading teams in an on-site environment.
