Description

Lead the architecture, design, and maintenance of the Payments Exchange: Fedwire product. You will own the end-to-end delivery of wire transaction services, ensuring regulatory compliance, security, and high availability.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement new features for the Fedwire product in response to regulatory changes and client needs.
• Manage integration with banking cores, FX partners, and correspondent banks to expand platform functionality.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve high-priority incidents to minimize disruption to wire transmission.
• Drive technical decisions through code reviews, design discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, QA, and Support teams to align development with customer requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience with deep expertise in .NET and C#.
• Strong proficiency in building SOAP/XML web services using .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with MS-SQL database design and optimization.
• Practical knowledge of Swagger for API documentation and OAuth 2.0 for authentication.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Jenkins.
• Understanding of financial services, specifically wire transactions and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with security practices and automated testing frameworks.
