Description

Lead .NET development, mentoring teams, and delivering complex full-stack solutions in an Agile environment. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC applications with Angular/TypeScript frontends.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and manage sprint planning and task assignments.
• Build and maintain SSRS and Power BI reports for complex business requirements.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy to Kubernetes or Azure Container Apps.
• Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and modernize legacy AngularJS and .NET Framework codebases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on development with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API.
• Experience leading small Agile teams, including performance evaluations and timesheet approval.
• Strong proficiency in Angular (v8+), TypeScript, RxJS, and legacy AngularJS migration strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Relational database design and optimization using SQL Server, including stored procedures and Entity Framework.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and deployment to Windows Server/IIS environments.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, SOLID principles, and unit testing (xUnit, tSQLt).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise integration patterns such as IBM MQ, SignalR, and SOAP/WSDL.
• Background in public-sector or court technology application development.
