Description

Lead the design, development, and optimization of large-scale .NET applications. Own the full software lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage large software engineering projects, optimizing performance, responsiveness, and resource utilization.
• Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements and new products for networked or internet-based systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and users to define system requirements and technical specifications.
• Drive feature development, contribute to architectural decisions, and solve complex technical problems.
• Coach team members, review code, and delegate tasks to ensure quality deliverables and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant work experience with recognized expertise in technical fields.
• Proficiency in .NET Core, Angular, MVC, and API Development.
• Strong experience with SQL Server for database design and optimization.
• Ability to write clean, testable code and perform rigorous testing and debugging.
• Experience with scaled agile and scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of design patterns and their application in scalable systems.
• Project estimation, management, and excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python, GenAI, and Agentic AI for productivity enhancement.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
