Description

You will lead the technical development and architecture of core applications while mentoring the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers through requirement analysis and technical guidance.
• Design and architect scalable, secure .NET web applications and services following industry standards.
• Conduct code reviews and resolve complex technical challenges, performance issues, and application bugs.
• Clean, maintainable, and efficient code using C# and related .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners and QA to deliver high-quality software.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
• Minimum 3-4 years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
• Proficiency with MVC, Web API, and RESTful services.
• Strong experience with Entity Framework.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, including complex queries and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading architectural decisions for enterprise-scale applications.
