Description

You will lead the architecture and development of scalable .NET applications while mentoring the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect secure, scalable .NET web applications and services.
• Lead technical guidance, requirement analysis, and code reviews for the development team.
• Write clean, efficient C# code and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on .NET development experience.
• 3-4 years in a technical leadership or mentoring role.
• Expertise in C#, .NET Core, MVC, and Web API.
• Strong experience with Entity Framework and MS SQL Server optimization.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Git version control and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Experience with testing frameworks like NUnit.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
