You will lead .NET teams in designing and developing high-quality software products. Responsibilities Lead development teams and analyze complex software requirements to design technical solutions. Ensure programming best practices are followed across the development lifecycle. Prioritize work effectively and resolve sprint team or production issues promptly. Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and product owners to implement new features and enhancements. Write, debug, and design code for complex software applications. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in software development. Proven leadership experience managing .NET applications and teams. Extensive experience with .NET Core and Microservices patterns. Hands-on expertise with Angular and TypeScript. Strong proficiency in ASP.NET MVC and Blazor. Deep knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle database development. Experience with Docker and Azure cloud services including AKS, Azure Functions, Azure Container Service, Azure App Services, and Azure API Management. Strong understanding of Agile practices. Effective communication skills for technical and business requirement discussions. Preferred Skills Experience with Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, and Python.
