You will lead enterprise application development, translating requirements into technical designs and mentoring junior engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts for large-scale enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs with business and technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers within the team to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver complex projects.
• Design and maintain scalable microservices and distributed systems on Azure.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of total software development experience.
• 5+ years in a Technical Team Lead role designing and developing with .NET and Microsoft technologies.
• 7+ years experience with frontend frameworks: Angular, React, or Blazor.
• 5+ years writing applications in Azure cloud and deploying via CI/CD pipelines.
• 8+ years experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• 3+ years experience with Azure services (Functions, App Services, Event Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps).
• 5+ years hands-on work in API design, microservices architecture, and Azure Application Performance Monitoring.
• 10+ years experience writing automated unit tests.
• 5+ years experience with database design using SQL Server or Azure SQL.

Preferred Skills

• 5 years leading collaborative exercises with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
