You will lead development efforts, design applications using Microsoft technologies, and mentor junior engineers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Develop and maintain applications deployed on Azure.
• Own the implementation of CI/CD pipelines for code deployment.
• Mentor junior developers within the technical team.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of total Software Development experience.
• 5+ years of application development experience using .NET Framework and Microsoft technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Team Lead role.
• 7+ years of experience with Angular, React, or Blazor.
• 5+ years of experience writing applications in Azure cloud.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring technical teams.
