Responsibilities

• Lead development teams through project lifecycles.
• Design and implement applications using C#, .NET, and React.
• Architect relational database schemas and optimize complex queries.
• Apply object-oriented principles, design patterns, and efficient data structures to core logic.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Extensive experience with React.
• Expertise in relational database design and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Postgres.
• Deep understanding of data structures and basic algorithms.
• Strong command of object-oriented principles and design patterns.
• Must be able to convert to permanent employment without visa sponsorship.
