Description

Lead full-stack development and technical mentorship within an Azure-based Microsoft stack. You will own solution design, code reviews, and release pipelines while mentoring team members to resolve technical blockers.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack applications using Agile methodologies and contribute to solution design alongside architects.
• Lead code reviews, technical troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of production issues.
• Manage and mentor team members to resolve technical blockers and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Enable CI/CD pipelines, implementing code coverage, unit tests, and automated code scans.
• Collaborate with product owners to groom user stories and work with testing teams to develop scenarios.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core 3.x.
• 6+ years of experience building REST APIs.
• 4+ years of experience working with Azure.
• 2+ years of experience with React.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Proven ability to perform debugging, research, and technical investigation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline enablement and unit testing.
• Ability to work within an Agile team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
