Description

Lead the development of secure, scalable .NET components and drive technical delivery for clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own component-level design and create development plans covering all functional scenarios.
• Develop stable, testable, and maintainable code following approved designs and deployment standards.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical support, and training.
• Drive customer communication, participate in client meetings, and translate feedback into project plans.
• Analyze business requirements to predict risks and implement mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of experience with .NET Core, C#, Console Apps, and REST APIs.
• 4+ years of experience with AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET Core and ASP.NET Web Forms.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, OOP, and Object-Oriented Analysis/Design.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, VS Code, and source control (GIT, TFS, or SVN).
• Knowledge of web servers (IIS/Apache), Windows/Linux OS, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (NUnit or XUnit) and code coverage tools.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of JSON and code analysis/profiling tools.
