Description

Lead the architecture and development of in-house software systems for policy administration, cash management, and data reporting. You will define system architecture, including component breakdown, interfaces, and technology selection.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production fixes and implement enhancements for policy administration and maintenance modules.
• Develop and support software for actuarial data computation and gathering.
• Manage data exchange and reporting applications for regulatory compliance.
• Design and implement database structures and complex logic within Oracle environments.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in software development and system architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation Insurance policy administration or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in actuarial data computation and gathering for Workers' Compensation.
• 5+ years of Oracle development using PL/SQL, including triggers, functions, stored procedures, packages, views, cursors, and file processing.
• 5+ years of expertise in JSON processing, XML processing, and advanced query optimization.
• 5+ years of .NET application development using Microsoft TFS and Visual Studio.
• 5+ years of programming experience in MVC, Web Services, and Oracle ODP.Net.
• 5+ years of web development using JavaScript, CSS, JSON, XML, XSLT, HTML, and AJAX.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.
