Lead technical design and architecture for scalable .NET applications while mentoring development teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and technical architecture in collaboration with product owners.
• Mentor developers on best practices, code reviews, and testing strategies.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable full-stack web applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments.
• Drive continuous improvement by integrating current industry trends into the codebase.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Expertise in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frameworks: Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• In-depth knowledge of back-end development and SQL Server.
• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex debugging and problem-solving.
