Description

Desirable Qualifications:
1.​ Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.

2.​ Seven (7) or more years of experience designing, documenting, developing, and implementing integration processes and solutions using .NET C#.

3.​ Seven (7) or more years of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration, including development of secure web services and SOAP/RESTful APIs.

4.​ Four (4) or more years of experience developing with message queue processing (IBM MQ preferred) and/or an Enterprise Service Bus.

5.​ Seven (7) or more years of experience with Entity Framework.

6.​ Seven (7) or more years of experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit preferred).

7.​ Five (5) or more years of experience with distributed version control systems such as Git.

8.​ Two (2) or more years of experience designing and implementing CI/CD workflows.

9.​ Two (2) or more years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

10.​ Two (2) or more years of experience working in a federal or state government setting (Health and Human Services, especially Integrated Eligibility System programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, and Child Support)
