Description

You will lead the development track for cross-platform .NET MAUI applications targeting Android, Windows, and other platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of .NET MAUI applications and contribute to technical design and sprint planning.
• Estimate user stories and collaborate with Architects, Engineering leadership, and Product teams to deliver solutions.
• Mentor developers, ensure adherence to coding standards, and own code quality through rigorous reviews.
• Apply performance optimization and accessibility best practices across the application lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET MAUI or Xamarin.
• Deep knowledge of C# and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Hands-on experience with MVVM architecture.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies and sprint-based development.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience leading development efforts and mentoring team members.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, and Architecture.
