Description

You will lead the design, optimization, and maintenance of complex, enterprise-scale data solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of Netezza database solutions, DataStage ETL pipelines, and DB2 SQL queries.
• Architect and implement large-scale data integration workflows and performance-tuned data models.
• Oversee database security, user role management, and compliance with PHI/PII standards.
• Perform advanced database tuning, partitioning, backup/recovery, and migration activities.
• Mentor junior developers and drive process automation across the data ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Netezza, DataStage, DB2, and SQL.
• Expertise in database performance tuning and optimization at enterprise scale.
• Strong Linux/Unix shell scripting skills.
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering large-scale data projects.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
