Lead large-scale technology initiatives and define enterprise engineering standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive companywide technology initiatives to meet deliverables.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document complex technology solutions.
• Develop and implement engineering standards and best practices.
• Analyze technical challenges and resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent technical background.
• Experience in Network Engineering or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education.
• Proficiency in Python development.
• Experience working in a large enterprise environment.
• Ability to manage initiatives through detailed planning, process management, and documentation.
• Strong ability to identify issues, design solutions, and communicate through resolution.
• BS/BA degree or higher in information technology or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodology.
