Lead a team of network engineers to manage, configure, and resolve complex network incidents and escalations.
Responsibilities
Manage a group of network engineers and coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and support staff to resolve issues.
Install, configure, and manage network devices including firewalls, load balancers, routers, switches, WLC, APs, and IPS systems.
Troubleshoot technically complicated network issues and evaluate logs from P1, P2, and P3 tickets to provide solutions.
Maintain network documentation and diagrams using Visio software.
Execute migration activities, firmware updates, and certificate installations while managing incidents and service requests in accordance with service level agreements.
Required Skills
Practical expertise with routing and switching protocols and complex data center environments.
Hands-on experience with Cisco R&S, Cisco ASA, Firepower, and Palo Alto firewalls.
Proficiency in MS Azure, including Azure Application Gateway, Azure firewalls, and Site-to-Site VPN.
Experience configuring F5 BIG-IP (iRules, Policy, Local Traffic, Pool, Virtual Server, and LB Methodology).
Knowledge of SDWAN technology and Meraki switches.
Experience with Network Security including IPS/IDS, DDoS, NAT, SSLVPN, and IPsec VPN.
Competency in managing DNS servers and records.
Mandatory CCNA and CCNA Security certifications.
Ability to work rotational shifts.
Preferred Skills
CCNP certification.
Experience with McAfee Network Security IPS, Cisco ISE, and Riverbed Steelhead.
